I can explain the different activities in the Discovery phase of the Entrepreneurial process.
On Tuesday, April 24th, there will be a test on the Discovery Phase and Concept Development Phase of the Entrepreneurial Process. 



Literacy/Vocabulary Strategies (Word Wall)
In the Discovery phase of the Entrepreneurial process 
you would research market trends about your idea.
Bell-Ringer/Connecting Strategy
      
     1.  Go to wclassroom.blogspot.com 

    2.   Open   3.02 Entrepreneurship 

    3. Go to Applications then Microsoft folder then PowerPoint folder
    4. Open a new PowerPoint

@ Students will create a Discovery Phase 8 slide PowerPoint.
  Rubric: 
   Each slide is worth 10 points,
    5   points for complete definition sentences and 5 points for appropriate image

    5   points for your name on the first slide
    5   points for spelling
    10 points for creativity- 
     it looks nice and has at least one animation AND transition per slide

@ Students will discuss the AVERAGE food truck customer and decide if that is the demographic they will market to.

@ Students will decide on their customers' demographics for their food trucks.
      
@ Missing Discovery Phase Work due-
     We start the Concept Development Phase on Tuesday.

     and list different facts/trends about sneakers.

FOOD TRUCK SURVEY 
•You need to create a food truck survey. 
                 You may look at the 2 examples in the above links
                  or go online and google Food Truck Survey for ideas

•Use a word document.  ONE page only!
•Have 10 questions with correct spelling/grammar.  
                  The questions may be multiple choice or fill in the blank.
•Have clip art or pictures.
•Have your name & your food truck’s name on it.

3rd Have at least 1 webcam picture on presentation

4th If on Google Slides MUST move the slides forward as you record.

This is a major project grade.
On Monday, we learned about persuasive presentations.
On Tuesday, we created storyboards
On Wednesday, we started the PowerPoint
On Thursday, we will finish the PowerPoint and start on the audio clips.
ALL project will be due before the end of Thursday's class.
USE YOUR TIME WISELY. 

@ Miss W will review how to use animation, shapes, borders, and special effects on PowerPoint.

@ Miss W will review audio clip instructions.
@ Each segment must be no longer than 20 seconds.
@ Each person on team must make an audio clip or you can record taking turns.

Tips for recording audio   

Headset WARNING:
No 2nd chances. Do NOT "play" with headset.
Do not throw, play with microphone, etc.
Look to the LEFT of the computer "on" button for USB ports

  2. choose Record Slide Show
  3. choose Start Recording from Beginning or Start Recording from Current slide
