Tuesday, August 28 MS2010 PowerPoint Ribbon

Bell Ringer:
Look at the picture on the top of page 8 to see which fingers to use for keys H, E, and O.
YOU are responsible for looking at the new keyboard picture each day and reading the finger placement paragraph. Leave the book open to right page for the next class :)

Students will work in pairs and complete the PowerPoint Ribbon Scavenger
Hunt Worksheet.



Homework:
Students need to decide for which ACADEMIC topic (Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, or Math) they want to create a short (7 slides) PowerPoint presentation during tomorrow's class. BRING your textbooks for that class tomorrow! We will be using the PowerPoint you create to learn different old and new features of PowerPoint 2010.



Exit Activity
Students will practice touch typing the home row keys with a game calledHome
KeysKennys. Remember- Do NOT look at the keys while playing.
