@ Each day when you come into class you will have the opportunity to participate in interesting activities OR if you disrupt the class you will have a long note writing assignment in another teacher's room. @ If you do not complete the note writing assignment your daily participation grade will be zero. Why or Why not? @ Is it a good time to go into the sneaker business? Why or Why not? If time: Start studying food truck market trends "Food Trucks Motor into Mainstream" by Intuit at http://network.intuit.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Intuit-Food-Trucks-Report.pdf FOOD TRUCK SURVEY •You need to create a food truck survey. You may look at the 2 examples in the above links or go online and google Food Truck Survey for ideas
