Look at pages 243 to 244 in your textbook about Market Research or on slides 33-37 on the POB 3.01 PowerPoint. Heinz used 3 of the 4 types of research studies(survey, focus group, observation, experiment). You need to write one sentence for each study explaining what Heinz did.
