You are working in an entry level position at a fast food place, delivering papers, mowing grass or working as a salesperson in a store.

"A career is a series of related jobs built on a foundation of interest, knowledge, training, and experience. As you gain experience you find more challenging and better paying work with each new job." from Succeeding in the world of work.
