Read pages 44 to 47 and answer questions 1 - 2 on p 47

3. Go to My Computer, Student Docs, Principles of Business, Unit 1 and open New POB 1.03 Part 1 PowerPoint
4. Answer Questions 13 through 14 of the Common Formative Assessment Project 1.
Guided Exercise
Miss W will review how the project questions should be answered.
Miss W will review absolute versus comparative advantage.
The class will analyze an article about Countries and Debt
We will review Global Marketplace terms such as foreign debt, balance of trade, exchange rates and market price.
Independent Exercise:
Students will write the 4 business cycles (prosperity, recession, depression, recovery) on a piece of paper. While watching the short video about Iceland's economic collapse students will identify evidence for each of the 4 business cycles.
