If absent Thursday or Friday: - Choose 6 careers from the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math page. - Fill in your worksheet for the following categories:
constructing, and testing aircraft, missiles, and spacecraft. You only need to write the first sentence in the job description blank. - Choose one of the 6 careers and create a PowerPoint. # The first slide should have your name and occupation and a picture with a citation. # Look at the ENTIRE job description. Have one or more slide for each sentence. You may copy and paste job description sentences. # You need 6 slides. # Find interesting pictures about that occupation and have one picture per slide with the proper citations. # Save to your lunch number. If absent on Wednesday@ Students will review slides 19 through 32 and complete the Classify Job Search Terms Worksheet If you were absent on Tuesday: 1. Students will complete the Interest Assessment at www.careerzone.ny.gov by following the directions in the 6.01 Employability PowerPoint and answer the 6.00 Assess Yourself worksheet questions. 2. Besides each of the job (occupations) you need to write a SHORT definition of the job.You can use the "TASK" descriptions to help you. 3.
