Students make a good grade on today’s test.


Literacy/Vocabulary Strategies (Word Wall)

Look at how the values (numbers) are aligned to the right margin.
Look at how the labels (words) are aligned to the left margin.
Look at how they used an AVERAGE function.
A function is a built in “short cut” so you don’t have to type so much.

On page 49, type lines 05 and 06.
Remember to use your thumb for the space bar.
We are using our left PINKY finger for the  Z  key.

Homework:
Students need to decide for which ACADEMIC topic
(Typing Posture/Technique, Language Arts, Science,
Social Studies, or Math) they will create a
PowerPoint presentation soon. We will be using the
PowerPoint you create to learn different old and new
features of PowerPoint 2010.
