Letterhead stationery is used to send a professionally prepared communication to potential clients to introduce the business. It provides CONTACT information.

  • 5 items for sale
  • company address information
  • spelling and grammar checked
  • contrasting colors
  • slogan (saying like Nike’s “Just do it”)
  • logo (picture- image or clip art)

Project Summary
You will have to be able to explain your choices in a project summary
IN COMPLETE SENTENCES. You will get a grade for the summary
and a grade for the publications
You will type your project summary. Spelling and Grammar will count!

Introduction Paragraph

1. What is the name of your business and explain what type of business did you choose?

2. What is your business slogan? Why did you pick this slogan?

Target Audience Paragraph

3. What type of person would be interested in (insert your product's name)?

4. Why should the target audience care about  (insert your product's name)?

5.  What are the benefits to your target audience of (insert your product's name)?

Design Paragraph

6. How does your flyer have stopping power?
Stopping power is the ability of an advertisement to stop people in their tracks, to make them sit up and take notice. You want people to say "Did you see that?" or "What did you say?"

7. What color or colors did you choose for your theme? Why?

8. What picture or clip art did you choose for your logo? Why?

9. Name one design feature that you used that you are most proud of? Why?

Conclusion Paragraph

10. In two to four sentences explain why your business card, flyer and letterhead stationery would appeal to your target audience? (Hint: use the information in the above paragraphs to help you)
