On page 72, type lines 10 and 11.
We are using our left INDEX finger for the $  key. DOLLAR SIGN
We are using our right PINKY finger for the  SHIFT  key

Guided Practice:
@ Miss W will review the rules and expectations of the PowerPoint contest
@ We will see the Social Studies and Typing presentations today

Independent Exercise:
@ Students will review PowerPoints and add appropriate comments to their entries.
@ If time: 10 step candy challenge

If you were absent on Monday or didn’t finish your presentation :
@ Student will save their powerpoints to the correct folder
My computer then student docs then Witkowski folder
then PowerPoint folder then Click here for PowerPoint contest
then choose the correct category (Science or Social Studies or Typing)
then choose the correct period (1st period or 2nd period)
then save using your name and your topic in the file name
