Charades- each group of three will have 3 minutes to come up with a way to act out one of the people below using spreadsheets. They can say anything but the name of the person.
For example: They can not say "Look at me, I'm an accountant."

Scientists, Supermarkets,
Market Researchers.

Car lot exercise-
1*Students will create a spreadsheet of dream cars that they would have in their own car lot business.
2*Open the "car lot" file found in student docs, Witkowski folder, Spreadsheet folder and save to your lunch number.
3*Students will go to http://www.carmax.com and find 3 cars and type the information (year, make(brand), model(name), miles, and price) into their spreadsheets.

Write and answer questions 11 and 12 from the Spreadsheet Vocabulary PowerPoint.

Review original Internet Safety questions and revise as needed.
The uses of spreadsheets and how having this skill can help you get a job.

1. Go to http://www.simplyhired.com/a/jobs/list/q-spreadsheet and look at your monitor number.
2. Go to that number's page and find one job that needs spreadsheets.
3. You will need to give the name of the job and a sentence that DESCRIBES the job.
For example: If you are sitting at monitor 20, go to page 20 and pick one job from that page.

  • You may "clear" if you don't like recording
REMEMBER:
  • Slowly click the enter button.
  • You need to give people time to read your slides.
  • Copy your game link ahead of time to the Internet.
  • Play the game and discuss it in your narration. 
  • More than one person can narrate a PowerPoint.
  • No inappropriate language.

3. We will save as a video.
File then Save and Send then create a video

4. Play your video to make sure it sounds good.  
5. Add your attachment to the correct place on Edmodo.

· Font should be no smaller than size 24
· Font may need to be bigger than 24 depending on the font you use
· Research your content (IN YOUR OWN WORDS for 6 slides)
· You are allowed 2 quotes with proper citations
· Type your content and research your topic

Step 7 Add and format graphics (pictures), audio and video
· Each page needs at least one clip art or image.
· If you get the image from Google you will need to put a citation under it
· Don’t forget google.com is NOT a citation.
· Click on “see full size image” to get citation information
