Literacy/Vocabulary Strategies (Word Wall)
The Ampersand sign “&” means “and.”
An example: I like cats & dogs.

Bell-Ringer/Connecting Strategy
On page 72, type lines 17 and 18.
We are using our right INDEX finger for the &  key. AMPERSAND SIGN
We are using our left PINKY finger for the  SHIFT  key

Guided Lesson:

@ Students will create flashcards for the questions they missed on the test.
     Students will create online flashcards at http://quizlet.com/

Independent Exercise:
Music Database
@Students will brain storm as a group the different fields needed
@ Students will add an alternate row color of their choice.
@ Students will change the color of the gridlines.
@ Students will choose a raised cell design.

Reviewing Templates
Open a Word document. Miss W will show you how to create a table.
Type the following table of template names:                                

then list 2 NEW fields besides each name that you have not seen before.
