Write out questions 20 through 23 and answer with an a, b, c or d

Guided Lesson:

2nd period ONLY Daily spreadsheet skill exercises-
Skill 06- alignment of data (home tab- top of alignment group)
Skill 19- hide worksheets (right click bottom worksheet tabs)
Skill 10- freeze panes (view tab)

Independent Exercise:

****USING FUNCTIONS****
1. You need 2 different color markers, crayons, etc.
2. Write your name on small worksheet.
3. You are going to highlight all of the mathematical operation words (add, divide, subtract, multiply) in one color and you are going to highlight all of the range cell references (A1:B10) (A10 through C10) ETC. in another color.
4. You will have the following instructions:

• type- means you need to type out the formula the function button will not work because they are not adjacent numbers.
• extra c- means extra credit. if you TYPE the problems correctly you have a chance to win candy
                you may SKIP extra credit problems if you like
• function button- means you may use the function button to answer the questions

5. Go to the fun with basic formulas and functions file
6. You will need to READ and TYPE formulas or use functions for the 10 problems.

You MUST get the RIGHT FORMULA!!!!
