Block paragraph-  NO indentations.

Bell-Ringer/Connecting Strategy

1. Go to wclassroom.blogspot.com

2.  Go to Computer- Student Doc- Witkowski folder- Word folder-
     open the 1 Formatting Paragraphs file


3. Students will type the R key on page 12 and line 10
    use the left index finger

Guided Lesson:
@ Go to Computer- Student Doc- Witkowski folder- Word folder- 
     open the 1 Formatting Paragraphs file.
@ Miss W will explain several Word Vocabulary terms:
     @ Horizontal and vertical spacing- invitations
     @ Header- in the top margin
     @ Footer- in the bottom margin
     @ Block Paragraph- letters and memos
     @ Indented Paragraph- reports and books
     @ Hanging Indent Paragraph- bibliographies 
                           @ Tab- to indent for a paragraph
                           @ Backspace- to delete spaces or a tab 
                           @ Menu bar- used to format paragraphs
Independent Exercise
Students will review for the test using Kahoot
@ Students will practice using the Block paragraph definition "block" 
@ Students will work together on Exit Activity 1.
@ Students will be offered study guides
@ Students will enter their grading data on the data collection sheet
If you were absent on Tuesday:
Students will create a paper block and write the following on each of the sides:
     Block
     No indentations
     Memos
     Letters
     Invitations
     Your name
