Review of 10 steps:
Step 1 Why? What is the purpose? (Educational, Narrative, Persuasive)
Step 2 Who? Target Audience?
Step 3 Rough draft Storyboard.
Step 4 Select a Design
Step 5 Edit the Master Slide

Go to My Computer then Student Docs then Witkowski folder then PowerPoint folder then PowerPoint Part 1 folder then  Open the #4 Presentations Revised

@ Miss W will go over the About Me Project 10 steps

@ 7th period will be shown how to add comments

  • Step 6 Enter the Content
  • Step 7 Add and Format Graphics, Audio and Video
    @ All clip art needs to have picture styles or borders
  • Step 8 Add animation and transitions
    @ Animations create movement on the slide
    @ Transitions create movement BETWEEN slides, controls the speed of the presentation
  • Step 9 Practice
    @ Review spelling and grammar
    @ Thesaurus- finding similar words
  • Step 10 Revise as needed
    @ Create comments when working as a team
