Announcements:
Miss W will collect career day coupons for extra credit for 2 points added to your lowest test grade from Friday or Tuesday

Bring a picture file in. You may email it to yourself and then open your email in class TO SAVE the picture to your lunch number. If you do not have a scanned picture bring a picture in and you can scan it at school. Remember it needs to be a business appropriate picture, with proper dress and just you.

Bell Ringer:
1. Everyone will correct their CFA2 papers by checking with your neighbors to see if they understood the question and was correct. The purpose is for you to help each other understand the questions

2. Once you have the correct answers, start the CFA2 Study Guide by typing out the questions and answers of the questions you missed along with an appropriate clip art picture.

Guided Lesson:
Miss W will explain about career clusters.

Independent Exercise:
3. Students will complete the Career Cluster Worksheet using http://www.nc-net.info/NC_career_clusters_guide.php and http://www.dpi.state.nc.us/docs/cte/standards/careerclusters2012.pdf

4. Students will FINISH creating a Publisher brochure (any design) with the following information: (You should have research this information during your many projects this semester, if you did not you will need to research it now)

Please help each other. You gave wonderful presentations and I know you can pull together as a team to help make everyone successful on this project.

2. The School you wish to attend
3. The Major or Career you wish to have and what classes you need to take
4. How much the application fee is and when is the deadline for the application?
5. How much it will cost at the college for one year?
6. You must be creative- it must look nice and professional
7. All pictures must have citations
8. NO spelling or grammar mistakes
9. ALL information MUST be correct- no guessing, research the answers.
My plan is to make copies of your brochures for the guidance counselor's career information bookcase. Create something that you will be proud to have other students see.
