Learning Goals:
Prepare for Certification Test
Catch up Day- Check Advance PowerPoint Part 3, 4, and 5

Announcements:
Miss W will collect career day coupons for extra credit for 2 points added to your lowest test grade from Friday or Tuesday

MS Certification testing has been delayed until Thursday or Friday.

Bell Ringer:
1. Open a new tab and go to the Microsoft Academy site http://itacademy.microsoftelearning.com/ AND sign in with your live id and password.

2. Make sure the Part 4 worksheet has a picture on the back of what the screen looks like WITH PICTURES OF THE BUTTONS/TABS see example at the bottom of the page

3. On a scrap of paper- write the word SKIP then decoration with pens and markers.
On the certification test you MUST hit SKIP if you want to wait to answer the question. It will score as a zero if you hit next and it is not answered.

Guided Lesson:
Miss W will go over certification testing procedures like using the SKIP button and doing the questions you know first and skipping the harder questions until the end.

4. Class will review sizing (on the design tab click on page set up and then change the size) and adding a title to the properties page (file then show all properties-lower right corner) then click in title box.

5. Students will review the photo album feature. Read instructions at: http://www.gcflearnfree.org/powerpoint2010/extra/65 and

6. Everyone will correct their CFA2 papers by checking with your neighbors to see if they understood the question and was correct. The purpose is for you to help each other understand the questions.

Independent Exercise:
7. Everyone will practice on the 21 bellringer exercises AND THEN PRACTICE THE ONES YOU MISS

8. After completing Advance PowerPoint Part 3, 4 and 5 worksheets and working on the 21 bellringers students will work on their CFA2 study guide.
