Tuesday, May 22nd CTE CFA 4
(This will cover everything Word, PowerPoint, Publisher.
It will count as a regular test grade and will be curved.)
Wednesday, May 23rd MS Certification Testing Begins
(Everyone takes Word the first day.)
Friday, June 1st MSITA State exam (25% of your grade, no curve)

Remember for a Table of Contents you need to create headers (Home tab) and then go to Reference tab.
For an Index you will be marking entries on the Reference tab.
Miss W will have students create an Index on the Strategies needed for Students (cat)Word file.
Mark the following yellow highlighted words college, attitude, (a subentry under attitude will be intentionality) cognitive, knowledge (a subentry under knowledge will be reading), behaviors, awareness and characteristics.
Put your cursor above the first line then choose insert index, right align page numbers.
We will try different styles for your index.
Publisher
Miss W will show students where the Publisher files are.
She will demonstrate templates, color schemes, overflow text boxes and rotating and aligning text.
Independent Exercise:
Students will complete Publisher worksheet.
