1. Students will list Future Ready Core for Standard Course of Study
2. Student will pick the Cluster that is closest to their career.

3. For the High School sections depending whether you are a Freshman to a Senior you will be listing PAST experiences and FUTURE experiences.
For Extra-Curricular/Volunteer Activities
list items like clubs, sports, volunteer activities
Work Based Learning and Work Experiences
list any work experience, part-time jobs, baby sitting, even unpaid work- helping to change the car's oil etc.
Education/Training Program of Study
list any training you have had outside of school
College/Educational will be FUTURE experiences (extra-curricular, volunteer, work based, training, etc.) you will participate in to help you get into college.
List the classes you have already taken and the classes you NEED for your career.
If you are not sure what PE classes you are taking it is ok.
