How the 2010 Microsoft PowerPoint Ribbon Interface looks different than
MS2007 & MS2003.
Guided Practice:
Miss W will announce the January Olympics typing winners.
Miss W will explain how typing bell ringers will work.
Students will receive a Ribbon Guide sheet that they need to
keep. Students will review the Ribbon concept.
Independent Exercise:
Students will complete creating the paper keyboard.
Students will work in pairs and
complete the PowerPoint Ribbon Scavenger Hunt Worksheet.
Homework:
BRING IN YOUR BLUE PAPER SIGNED. If brought in on Monday, you will get a 95.
Exit Activity
Students will practice touch typing the home row keys with a game called Home
KeysKennys. Remember- Do NOT look at the keys while playing.
