Bellringer:
1. Get your name tag and if you did NOT finish your ribbon sheets out of your folder.
Look at the picture on the top of page 8
to see which fingers to use for keys H, E, and O.
YOU are responsible for looking at the new keyboard picture each day
and reading the finger placement paragraph. You will then type the 3 lines for the day.

2. On page 8 type line 3, on page 9 type line 7 and on page 9 type line 11.
Save your work with the file name DAILY TYPING
Click on the Orange File tab to save

3. If you have NOT finished your ribbon sheet, finish it.

Guided Practice:
Miss W will review the correct finger placement for keys H, E, O
Students will see a presentation about when they should use PowerPoint
and how to determine the purpose of their presentation.

BRING IN YOUR BLUE PAPER SIGNED. If brought in on Tuesday, you will get a 90.

Independent Exercise:

Students will work in groups and answer the 5 questions on the PowerPoint.

They should EACH type or write the question and the letter of the correct answer.

AFTER we review the answer choices, students will write out the complete answer.

Homework:
1. BRING IN YOUR BLUE PAPER SIGNED. If brought in on Tuesday, you will get a 95.

2. Students need to decide for which ACADEMIC topic (Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Health or Math) they want to create a short (7 slides) PowerPoint presentation later this week. We will be using the PowerPoint you create to learn different old and new features of PowerPoint 2010.
