Wednesday, March 26th- 7th Grade- Spreadsheets- Functions (short cuts)

Bellringer:
@ We are NOT using the typing book for several days.
We are learning the number keypad. 

The daily bellringers will now be practicing the number pad

Choose exercise 1 and then click on the word "start."
Time will not start until you put your cursor
 in the white rectangle and start typing.
Record you typing speed and accuracy in your typing file.

TEST ON FRIDAY- you can practice exit activity at home.

@Depending on time several functions examples will be completed.
     ***Students will open the payroll file and by using functions
         find the following information:
         the maximum hourly rate
         the minimum hourly rate
         the sum of the hourly rates
         the average of the hourly rates
@ Spreadsheet flashcard 32 calculates averages
@ Additional function practice as needed.

Independent Activity:


@ Complete the function practice worksheet.
@Sign into Edmodo and add Miss W's Computer Group.
See board for Edmodo group number.
@Complete Exit Activity by yourself without any help.
