1. Get out your GREEN storyboard paper
    AND PINK Worksheet

2. Open up your Typing document
3. Turn to page 32  of your typing book.

4.  Type Line 14  left shift key

What are we learning?
PowerPoint 5.0 Presentation basics


Guided Lesson:

@ Last week’s work
Step 1 – Focus?- You chose your topic.
Step 2-  Audience? For students, should be interesting.
Step 3- Storyboard? Look at your green sheet.


@Today's work
Step 4- Create Design


·         Choose your template (design)


·         Choose different colors if you want

·         Create your title slide

·         Pink skills sheet items (PUT NUMBER IN NOTES PANE)

o   4- type pink skill numbers in notes pane

o   5 AND 6- choose design and colors

o   15 Type your name on title slide and have at least 1 clip art or image

Step 5- OPTIONAL Master Slide (you MAY skip this step)

Step 6 - Enter Content


·         Make sure you have at least 9 slides

·         Font should be no smaller than size 24

·         Font may need to be bigger than 24 depending on the font you use

·         Research your content (IN YOUR OWN WORDS for 6 slides)

·         You are allowed 2 quotes with proper citations

·         Type your content

·         Pink skills sheet items (PUT NUMBER IN NOTES PANE)

o   7- it says 12 slides but you only need 9 slides
