Your index finger on the 1
Your middle finger on the 2
Your ring finger on the 3
Your ring finger on the . period key.
The daily bellringers will now be practicing the number pad
Choose exercise 1 and then click on the word "start."
Time will not start until you put your cursor
in the white rectangle and start typing.
Record your typing speed and accuracy in your typing file.

Guided Practice:
@ Miss W will review IF statements
@ LISTEN before you color!
@ Students will highlight the =IF and () and , in yellow
will underline the logical test (what you are looking for) in red
will underline the if true statement in green and
will underline the if false statement in blue.
Independent Exercise:
@ Students will complete the Practice with IF statements on page 13.
Remember words need to have quotation marks around them AND
all formulas and functions start with an equal sign.
For example: =IF(A5="Carrot","Vegetable","Amphibian")
@ Students are WRITING the if statements on their paper.
If we have time-
@ Students will enter the if statements in our spreadsheet.
@ Students will answer questions on the spreadsheet crossword puzzle.
