Step 6- ENTER THE CONTENT
DESIGN
@ Contrasting colors- (light words on dark background or dark words on light background)
@ Adding a section (2 different designs in 1 PowerPoint)
@ Adding a shape (adding color and making it 3D)
@ Words no smaller than size 24 font
PICTURES
@ Citation under Internet pictures
@ All people in pictures must have appropriate dress
@ All pictures have a picture style or border.
CORRECT SPELLING AND GRAMMAR
Step 7- Add and format graphics, audio (optional) and video(optional).
You MUST have Step 7 and 8 finished before you can do audio!
All images and clip art must have a picture style or picture border.
Only 10 seconds of audio or video
Step 8- Add animations and transitions. Each slide must have both items.
@ Complete your worksheet as we discuss the Steps 7 and 8.
@ Open your About Me project PowerPoint.
Independent Exercise:
Step 9- Practice. Check your spelling and grammar. Do not only trust the computer.
Step 10- Revise. Fix mistakes and insert a comment on the slide you like the best.
