Literacy/Vocabulary Strategies (Word Wall)

Hashtags are used for Twitter accounts. It is also used as a “number” sign, for example #1. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hashtag.JPG

Bell-Ringer/Connecting Strategy

On page 76, type lines 10 and 11. We are using our LEFT MIDDLE finger for the # HASHTAG/ NUMBER key We are using our RIGHT PINKY finger for the  SHIFT  key

Guided Lesson: @ Miss W will give instruction on the 6 prework query project Independent Exercise: @Students will complete the 6 query powerpoint If time: @ Students will make test corrections. @  Students will start on the Sort worksheets. If you miss a question,      you will need to write out the question and the correct answer. Term Definition Filter A tool used to search for specific information within a database.       Filter by selection Filters related to an active cell. Filters for the field or entry that has been sdelected       Filter/Advanced Filter Sort Used to define specific search criteria (what you are looking for) Sort Arranging information in some form of logical order; alphabetical, chronological (by time), numerical. Ascending- A to Z   Descending Z to A Criteria A condition that must be met or not met in a search. Anyone wearing blue.
