On page 11 type lines 5 and 6. Remember to use your thumb for the space bar.
Use your your right INDEX finger for the M key.

Guided Lesson:
@ Miss W will demonstrate PowerPoint techniques.
@ Reviewing the importance of PowerPoint presentations and how to create and save your own designs as a template or master slide. For example, a slide master lets you insert a picture or logo that you want to appear on multiple slides.
@ Go to Computer/ Student Docs/ Witkowski folder/
PowerPoint folder/  4 Presentation Procedures Revised PowerPoint
   and in teams answer the questions.

Independent Exercise:
@ Complete activities after Miss W. demonstrates the process.

Each item is worth 3 points each.
You should NOT do them in order but where they fit best in presentation.

Create and Edit a Master Slide (you do not need to use in project but you must show teacher you know how to create and edit a Master Slide)

Click on clip art and Pictures Tools will pop up, use crop, add picture border

Picture Tools-  use bring forward and send back, use picture effects

Animations Tab- type your name on title slide and choose an animation for it

Add an animation to a slide and change the effect  (use animation pane)

Review Tab- spell check

Homework:
Students need to decide for which ACADEMIC topic
(Typing Posture/Technique, Language Arts, Science,
Social Studies, or Math) they will create a
PowerPoint presentation soon. We will be using the
PowerPoint you create to learn different old and new
features of PowerPoint 2010.
