-  Fill in your worksheet for the following categories:

Job Description
  You only need to write the first sentence in the job description blank.
  -  Choose one of the 6 careers and create a PowerPoint.
  # The first slide should have your name and occupation and a picture with a citation.
  #  Look at the ENTIRE job description. Have one or more slide for each sentence.
      You may copy and paste job description sentences.
  #  You need at least 5 slides not counting the title page.
  #  Find interesting pictures about that occupation and have one picture per slide with
      the proper citations.
  #  Save to your lunch number.

Start at 1 minute and end at 4 minutes .

@ Open the Field Property- Input Mask PowerPoint in the Database folder.

@ Open your INN database.
@ Miss W will walk you through setting up a phone number input mask.
@ Miss W will show you a 2nd way to get to the Design View (right click on table name.)
@ Students will create a zip code input mask. 

Independent Exercise:
@ Students will create a zip code input mask.
@ Students will complete the Is it a data type or field property? worksheet.
@ Students will make the following notes:

Yes/No is also a true/false field. will contain a check box yes/ no. Default is no.

Text includes words and/or numbers not used in calculations.

Currency monetary values

Input mask a format often applied to dates, time and zip codes.

at the bottom of the page write:
Field- one item of information in a record. represented by a column.
